Poppy Chow…*
…chocolatey, peanut buttery popcorn
Yes, I know, another chocolate & peanut butter treat. I can’t help it though—I’m addicted. This one, I promise you, is worth the 10 minutes it takes to make. With a recipe that lists both chocolate and peanut butter as ingredients, it is an absolute must for me. Throw popcorn in the mix, and I am weak in the knees. I’ve always been a fan of the all-time favorite puppy made with Chex Cereal—but thanks to Brown Eyed Baker, I learned how to incorporate salty and crunchy popcorn into the mix. What a wonderful idea! Once the peanut butter and chocolate is melted, dumped over the heaping pile of fresh popped kernels, and showered with powederd sugar, you have yourself some poppy chow! Crunchy, melty, sweet, mouth-watering, addicting, and worth every calorie…promise :)
